What To Do In Case Of An Accident

• Notify your District Manager or Newspaper representative immediately and request a Claim Form
• Seek treatment for your injuries within 10-days from the date of accident (30-days in Pennsylvania)
• This Accident Insurance policy does not and will not preauthorize any type of medical treatment. You must seek treatment then file a claim
• File a Claim with the insurance company within 90-days from the date of accident
• If the injury involves an auto accident, a copy of the police report must be submitted with the completed Claim Form
